The green apollo Intelligent Manual Call-Point has been designed to operate on
a loop of intelligent fire detection devices. An alarm is initiated by
pressing the resettable element. The manual call point signals to
the Control and Indicating Equipment using an interrupt feature
within the Apollo Digital Protocol. An alarm status is indicated
through the rotation of the resettable element, displaying yellow
and black indication bars and a solid red LED. The manual call point
can be easily reset from the front using the supplied reset key.
Protocol Compatibility
The Intelligent Manual Call Point will operate with compatible
Apollo control equipment using the digital XP95, Discovery
and CoreProtocols.
Electrical Consideration
The Intelligent Manual Call Point is loop powered and operates
at 17-35V DC for all variants.

Gent Flush Manual Call Point are designed to provide a manual alarm interface to conventional fire alarm control panels. All call points are supplied in the standard red colour and are available in semi-flush mounting or surface mounting options. The manual call points are all with a 470 Ohm resistor and Normally Open contact, complete with glass.
Both break glass, and resettable operating elements can be used in the standard unit by a yellow strip on the element which becomes visible when activated.
With the addition of a hinged transparent cover the element may be protected against accidental operation.
A specialist test key may be inserted into the bottom of the unit to lower the glass and release the micro-switch and thus a full functional test is achieved.
