These door holders have a typical holding force of 12–100kg and can hold most types of doors. Use with self-closing fire and smoke barrier doors.

When the fire alarm system sounds, the device releases the door, allowing the door closing mechanism to close it. Magnetic Door Holder include a Manual Release Switch for manually releasing the door or testing the unit’s operation.
