The new Vigilon Mains Switching Interface units connect directly to the Vigilon system. The interface units are designed to provide heavy duty relay switching for both 24V and 230V applications with contacts rated at 13A. This interface is particularly suitable for switching damper control units and other building controls requiring a high contact rating for mains shutdown.
The range comprises of 2 versions – The new single channel interface is a direct replacement for the existing 34415 Mains Switching Interface. The 4 channel interface is a new addition to the Vigilon Interface range. Both variants offer extended functionality.

Gent XENS-850 Flush Manual Call Point 470 Ohms Glass
Gent Flush Manual Call Point are designed to provide a manual alarm interface to conventional fire alarm control panels. All call points are supplied in the standard red colour and are available in semi-flush mounting or surface mounting options. The manual call points are all with a 470 Ohm resistor and Normally Open contact, complete with glass.
Both break glass, and resettable operating elements can be used in the standard unit by a yellow strip on the element which becomes visible when activated.
With the addition of a hinged transparent cover the element may be protected against accidental operation.
A specialist test key may be inserted into the bottom of the unit to lower the glass and release the micro-switch and thus a full functional test is achieved.

Vigilon can accommodate a high quantity of loop powered interface units offering fexible range of inputs and outputs from the FD&A system from plant control and signalling other systems in a fi re, to linking with other emergency management systems such as sprinklers or security systems. Loop powered interfaces offer a cost effective solution with each device individually addressed increasing the overal management capability of the FD&A system.
Interfaces are either powered from the loop or require a separate mains supply. The mains power version has its own battery backup. -
